How to Participate in Surveys

Survey invitations can easily be identified in your email inbox by their subject lines, as they always include the words “Study about...” or “New Survey Alert”. Additionally, you can find links to these same opportunities on your Member home page.

Each survey invitation will provide you with the necessary information about each study, including: topic, incentive amount, length of time, any special details, and a ‘LET'S BEGIN’ button to launch the survey.

e-Tip: If you wish to participate in a study, be sure to respond quickly. Most opportunities are only available until a predetermined number of responses have been received.


How to Redeem for Rewards

Log in to the website, visit the “Rewards” tab at the top and choose “Reward Center” from the drop down. From there, select a Reward and follow the prompts to redeem.

The Reward options you see in your Reward Center are based on the Partner you enrolled through. If you redeem for a Reward that corresponds to one of our Partner's loyalty programs, you may need your loyalty program account information to redeem.

e-Tip: Carefully read the Terms & Conditions of each Reward you wish to redeem for. Important details about the Rewards are listed there, such as: method of delivery, exclusions and redemption limitations.


How to Review Your Account Details

Again, once you're logged in to the website, visit the “My Account” tab. This section holds important account information, like your account statement and the ability to update your password, contact information and preferences.

  • Account Statement is a detailed history of your participation, earnings and redemptions.

  • Change Password allows you to update your password and security question at any time.

  • Preferences provides you with options about our applications, cookies, languages and the frequency you wish to receive survey invitations.

e-Tip: Be sure to fill in “Alternate Email” and “Mobile Phone Number” on the Contact Information page. We will use these to reach you should your primary email address become undeliverable for any reason.
